Wemanity is the European leader in agile and digital transformations: organizational, cultural and digital.
Founded in 2013, the company now operates in 5 countries. Its community of developers and Agilists is the largest in Europe, whose vision is to change the world of work by 2050. Its customers and partners include
mainly BEL20 and CAC40 companies, but the company also supports CSR-focused companies, NGOs and Social and Solidarity Enterprises in their transformation for the common good, thanks to its CSR program called WeImpact. This specific program is dedicated to leveraging and accelerating Agile and Digital Transformation for positive impact, focusing on 3 pillars; Guiding NGOs, social and solidarity economy companies, and CSR in launching and implementing their Agile and Digital Transformation on a large scale; Doing your part as a citizen.
Its main activities
Since 2013, Wemanity has developed strong expertise in tech and edtech projects. Here are a few examples:
1- Partnership with the School of Life Wemanity supported these children by providing them with adapted Agile management tools, methods, rituals and best practices to ensure their success through coaching, mentoring and leadership.
2- Philanthropy with TADA: Wemanity’s consultants volunteered at TADA to get children involved in digital products and innovation, and to raise their awareness of these subjects by running workshops.
3- With Par Le Monde: Wemanity’s consultants went to support Par Le Monde in Design Thinking for the design of the minimum-value product they aim to develop for a new educational bot project. To achieve this, Product Owners and Scrum Masters led ideation, user and MVP workshops.
