Over the course of the project, we are planning 6 mobilities between the project’s partner teachers over 3 days, with time for training, collective ideation and observation.
These exchanges enable teachers to learn about each other’s working methods and teaching methods, as well as to discover their respective challenges, so that they can work together to create resources that are suitable for everyone, making their work more universal.
Global objectives
All mobilities aim to :
- Mobilize players and strengthen the consortium’s dynamic by sharing training, observation and joint ideation sessions, as well as informal moments (visits, dinners, etc.).
- Meet the project’s primary objective, which is to integrate environmental issues into intercultural, digital and inclusive exchanges.
These activities are essential for teachers, as they enable them to clarify the expectations of each partner and their role in the project, as well as to identify their expectations of the project by discovering their context and working environment.
Mobilities enable partners to really co-construct the educational process, so that they feel involved in a dynamic of sharing and mutual learning.
